RAY, stand for “Responsible and Young”. RAY Enterprise aims to entrust the responsibility of promoting environmental awareness to the younger generation, encouraging them to carry forward its sustainable legacy. RAY Enterprise is a business that was founded by students from Pay Fong Middle School and sided by Julie’s CSR team in the program started by JA Malaysia, a Non-Profit Organisation that strives to activate youth for the future of jobs. RAY Enterprise emphasizes environmental responsibility and the impact of innovative products on the environment, aiming to promote a sustainable lifestyle. The team consists primarily of 16 to 17-year-old youth who simulate business operations and make decisions that shape the company’s direction. This experience cultivates entrepreneurial spirit, teamwork, and leadership skills, enabling them to identify their strengths and prepare for their future careers.
